CST时间和UTC时间的区别，并不是不能同步。也不是RTC不工作。系统层的问题百度一下。

从上面的信息能够确认RTC的时间是正常的，关机时候是9:49，再开机是：9:57，只是RTC时间没有同步到系统。
日志也提供了方法：

timedatectl set-local-rtc 0

2.关机之前查看一下硬件RTC的时钟情况，使用如下命令：

3.关机一段时间再开机，再次查看硬件RTC时间
