      I tried flashing the latest image to my laptop, but after rebooting, nothing comes up after the coolpi logo, the backlight is on but nothing else. anything i can try?

      @plumlis it was an oem model I took from a damaged laptop, I also had issues with other oem nvmes I scavenged and used them in external enclosures on macOS, so I suspect ssds delivered to Laptop manufacturers have some kinda special firmwares, both times a new ssd worked without issues. my guess is any WD ssd can buy as a consumer will work.

    • no usb-c charging

      usb-c charging doesnt seem to be working correctly for me. I've tried with a Macbook Charger and through a usb-c dock and while the icon shows the battery charging, it actually looses power.

      @george i also have ubuntu showing two realtek wlan devices, maybe thats a clue to something?

      @george i cleaned the contacts on the wlan card and the main processor card, still the usb bluetooth card doesnt show up maybe the board is faulty?

      I replaced the board in my laptop with the newer one and compiled the firmware, but now i have two wlan adapters showing and no bluetooth available.

      For anyone who has a similar issue like me, it turned out the nvme ssd i was using didn't agree with the notebook when it came to sleep states. I swapped it with an WD Blue SN570 and now everything works as expected.
